Your materials must be shipped using the shipping label provided by the Hyatt Regency Toronto (see link to label, below). Please contact Judy Marshall, OOA Event Coordinator should you have any questions.

(Your shipments will be accepted by the hotel 48 hours prior to the scheduled function.)
Shipping Materials After The Event
Please note due to limited space, the hotel will not hold your materials for shipping after the event without prior individual arrangements. Storage of Shipping Containers
There is VERY limited space for storage of shipping containers. For companies shipping multiple large containers, it may not be possible to store these containers during the event. Please contact Judy Marshall, OOA Event Coordinator at 647 554-7134 or email@example.com to discuss prior to shipping.
