review the latest published evidence on topics of orthopaedic trauma and elective practice;
review how to integrate the best available evidence into well informed practice decisions;
review the latest developments in orthopaedic care delivery from a systems perspective;
review the latest developments in orthopaedic care delivery from a technological perspective; and
discuss how surgeons will need to be creative leaders in the changing landscape of orthopaedic care delivery.
