CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 18, 2024, (a 10% administration fee will apply). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 18, 2024. No liability is assumed by OOA for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay online by Visa or Mastercard. Payment can also be made using a cheque. Please make all cheques payable to ‘OOA’ and mail to: 20 Crown Steel Dr., Unit #6, Markham, Ontario, Canada, L3R 9X9.
ONSITE REGISTRATION:
Please note that onsite registration will be limited. Full payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard.
