Nominations are open for the 2021 Ontario Orthopaedic Association's Distinguished Service Award. It recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the specialty of orthopaedic surgery in Ontario. The award will be presented at the Annual Scientific Meeting taking place virtually on from November 5-6, 2021.

Nominations must be made by two OOA members in good standing. To make a nomination please complete the nomination form and submit it online by Friday, October 15, 2021. This form must be submitted with up to two (maximum) letters of support.
