**Medical Students must upload their CV at the time of registration in order to receive the Medical Student rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 21, 2026, (a 10% administration fee will apply). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 21, 2026. No liability is assumed by OOA for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.

ONSITE REGISTRATION:

Please note that onsite registration will be limited. Full payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard.
